Tomato Pie, Roasted Potatoes, and Garlic Shrimp

These three garlic recipes are excellent paired together or with other dishes.

Tomato Pie

The tomato pie tends to be a wet one due to the moisture in tomatoes.  It is very important that you get as much of the excess moisture out as you can.  Be sure to salt the tomatoes and let drain in a colander and then put on paper towel and wrap in a towel. 

Roasted Potatoes

These roasted potatoes are excellent!  To make them the best they can be make sure that you don't over cook them.  Remove when they have a light brown crust all over otherwise the insides may become dry.

Garlic Shrimp
